Following a competitive tender process, Elite were selected to support the University of Worcester as they looked to furnish their brand-new teaching space at the University’s Severn Campus. The three-storey, Duke’s Building will be home to staff and students of their medical, health and sport science courses, offering six specialist laboratories, flexible teaching spaces and staff working areas.
The building deliberately combines the design of modern workplaces and relaxed learning environments to attract students and encourage the wellbeing of all.
Products from our portfolio were selected to create flexible classrooms and mixed-use spaces. These solutions included the use of Alto benches, Bob stools, Vice Versa multi-purpose seating, Alpha workstations, Oases screens, Lux benches, Modular lockers, Fliptop tables, Salto multi-purpose seating and Ben breakout chairs.
Hive was smartly positioned in the central areas to deliver adjustable privacy and division between areas.
