Integration House

In order to attract new tenants, Integration House was in need of an interior refurbishment following the previous occupant’s departure. The building’s leaseholder appointed C&S Ltd to undertake a fit-out to the ground and first floor offices, reception area and restrooms.

After partnering with C&S on similar projects for serviced office buildings, Elite were approached to furnish the entire first floor. A variety of products from our portfolio were selected to create an open-plan space that would demonstrate a modern working environment to potential tenants. To support businesses that are now adopting agile working strategies, the area was presented in a way that offered alternative working areas including flexible touchdown points, collaboration booths, desk clusters, breakout areas, a boardroom and two single offices for management.
