Furthering the companies growth, Caddick Construction sought to establish a new headquarters in Wakefield.
The partnership between appointed architectural specialists, DLA and interior design consultants, Design Tonic was integral to the success of this new build project.
The collaboration resulted in the transformation of the building into a modern office environment spread across two large floors, featuring: a welcoming reception area, large boardrooms and private meeting spaces, functional workstations and hotdesking zones.
We’re delighted Elite products were selected to help achieve the goal of an innovative, functional and energetic workspace, reflecting Caddick’s diverse service offering and professional ethos.
Throughout the interior design, products were specified in finishes that complemented the industrial character of the design concept, a subtle acknowledgement of Caddick’s reputable expertise in the construction industry.
After visiting Elite’s showroom, Design Tonic proposed our newly launched Alto Canopy bench, specified in a Black nanotech finish with overhead draping biophilia as a complementing pairing to the black cladding and green wall in the reception space. This was mirrored in the open plan office with a low configuration, delivering an agile workspace away from traditional desk configurations.
Other products featured in the design include: Hampton multi-purpose seating, Flare storage units, Pablo multi-purpose seating, Vegas bar stools and Fliptop tables.
