To support their continued expansion, Residential Property Developer Bellway Homes were looking to relocate their regional Eastern Counties office in Cambridge. They engaged with Resource At Work to handle a complete turn-key package.

With a brief to design a ‘boutique hotel with corporate edge’ style, RAW blended natural wood tones with chic vibrant fabrics and air-purifying plants to deliver a future-ready, contemporary workspace which supports Bellway’s newly adopted flexible work strategy.

A variety of Elite’s products were selected to create an environment that offered collaboration space, individual focus zones and designated workstations. The use of personal lockers allows the area to remain flexible for employees to drop in and work during the week.

Our Cubeform range was positioned to segregate different work zones and offer in-office storage and the opportunity to introduce plants with air-cleansing benefits.
