ANNEX

ANNEX is a Grade A refurbished office and business amenities facility in central Manchester. Working alongside OBI, White Circle, a Manchester based interior design studio, provided design consultancy with FF&E specification and procurement.

With a brief to create an inclusive design to stimulate all of the senses, White Circle crafted a design that included bespoke joinery, suspended planting installations, an indoor garden, textured wall coverings and stress and noise reducing acoustics to elevate health and wellbeing. Equally the breakout spaces within the occupier suites were designed to be community activated.

White Circle approached Elite to support their aims of responsibly sourcing loose furniture items for the suites. This included the use of Lux Bench tables for workspace desking, paired with Loop and Tempo task chairs, Reflex meeting tables, accompanied by our Luma lounge seating and Norden chairs, Harmony poseur height tables and Bill Stools in the kitchenette.

The collaboration between OBI and White Circle delivered a high-class facility with an unparalleled blend of functional workspace and home comforts.
