75 Farringdon

75 Farringdon Road was a new landmark introduced to the EC1M area, offering flexible office accommodation to this popular urban district. The building was stripped back to its original structure and refurbished to an exceptional standard, incorporating full height glazing with bronze surrounds.

Orchard Group were contracted to complete the CAT A+ fit out of the First Floor. This included the full design and build packages, along with the furniture and joinery procurement. It’s at this stage that Elite products were chosen because of their contemporary suitability for this type of space.

With the change in working preferences, Alto Benches and Bill Stools were chosen to create hot desking for up to 12 people, Lux benches provide open plan desking for up to 24 people and our Luma lounge chairs were selected to furnish the kitchen & breakout spaces.

The 4,500 sq ft project was completed within 8 weeks, which was on time and within budget.

A fantastic collaboration by all involved to deliver an outstanding, premium finish to an incredible building.
