Showroom Facility Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Facility Manager to oversee our showroom operations, ensuring efficient functioning of our London showroom facility. This role reports to the Southern Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
Meet and greet clients
Provide the best hospitality experience to customers
Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment
Liaise with accessory and upholstery partners
Conduct showroom product tours
Maintain stock of company literature (brochures, pricelists, finishes, databases)
Support the organisation of events, including Clerkenwell Design Week, Expo, product launches etc.
Manage showroom diary
Ensure stock of showroom provisions is maintained
Efficiently deal with external contractors, trades and cleaning contractors
Internal communications with Head Office
Requirements
Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
Smart and professional
Previous industry knowledge/experience would be advantageous, but not essential
Excellent written and presentation skills, both in the showroom and in front of clients
Proficient IT skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Ability to maintain all internal and external relationships
