The project is to replace the existing factory, showroom and office lighting with new Energy Efficient LED fittings in the same positions. You should allow for the removal and responsible disposal of all redundant equipment as well as the supply and installation of all new equipment. The work can be carried out during normal working hours at a mutually agreed time.

 

This procurement process is being run in conjunction with a grant application to the Smart Energy Greater Lincolnshire (SEGL) programme. The programme is part funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) A supplier will be appointed subject to a grant being awarded by SEGL.

 

The winning supplier will be the most economically advantageous tender following a simple 0-5 scoring  against the following criteria:

 

• Price - value for money - 20%

 

• The aesthetic appearance of the proposed fittings - 20%

 

• The quality anticipated useful life and future serviceability of the proposed installations - 20%

 

The energy and lighting performance of the fittings, to achieve maximum carbon savings - 20%

 

• The ability of the contractor to provide after sales support for the installations - 20%
