Elite Office Furniture UK Ltd have invested more than £550,000 on a new BLM Adige Laser Tube Cutting Machine.

The Adige is the most technologically advanced tube laser available featuring fully automated multi-axis control. Some of the benefits and features of the laser tube cutting process includes:

• An enhanced degree of accuracy and repeatability function
• Closer tolerances
• Precise profiles, slots, holes and mitres
• Odd and complex end shapes
• No tooling

By using laser cutting technology we will be capable of generating parts with a variety of features from slots and holes to mitres in materials ranging from mild and stainless steel to aluminium and in shapes from round to rectangle to oval.

This new technological investment will enable Elite to develop new products with enhanced design innovation.
